Shipping times estimate the number of business days it will take for merchandise to be shipped from our facilities. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Expected shipment times appearing on the Shipping Information page during Checkout specify when an item is expected to leave our facilities, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our facilities, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
Orders are filled based on in-stock item availability and manufactured item availability. Manufacturing times may vary based on nature of orders.
Special Order Items: Special Order, Custom Made, and certain items, as noted, require some additional time before they can be shipped. Your Special Order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the status of your Special Order item by e-mail.
Shipping Methods and Rates: Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Bezel.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Shipping rates are dependent on the destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as USPS Priority or Express delivery). Please note that expedited shipping methods are only available for in-stock items that do not require ring sizing or customization.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement. Bezels with bent prongs are not accepted for exchanges.
